About
BMW Ministries Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity that launched Free Fresh Emergency Food Mission to serve families in crisis.
Together, we support the specific needs of men and women, young and old, veterans and families who simply needed a helping hand to find a path to self-sufficiency.
Through our unique door-to-door approach to address hunger and housing insecurities at the source, we reach vulnerable populations that can’t always access the resources provided by charitable organization that ask people to come to them.
Instead, we provide a low barrier opportunity for each community to come together, empowering one another and building community. As we learn about one another, we identify the needs that are not seen when a person stands in a food line and walks away.
We open up a conversation – create a dialogue…
We discover a neighbor who needs work boots for his new job and a grandma who needs transportation to the physical therapist. We help make phone calls and fill out paperwork. We give a hand-up. Self-sufficiency and success look different for each family.
I love it when a family fires me!
